Los Angeles Dodgers left-hander Clayton Kershaw, the 11-time All-Star and 2014 NL MVP, started — and won — Sunday’s regular-season finale against the Seattle Mariners, but will be left off manager Dave Roberts’ roster for the NL wild-card series.
