Los Angeles Dodgers left-hander Clayton Kershaw, the 11-time All-Star and 2014 NL MVP who will start Sunday’s regular-season finale against the Seattle Mariners, will be left off manager Dave Roberts’ roster for the this week’s Wild Card series.
