HOF chair ‘not surprised’ Bonds, Clemens still out

Baseball Hall of Fame chairman Jane Forbes Clark told reporters on Monday that Roger Clemens and Barry Bonds weren’t voted into the Hall this year because contemporary era committee members evaluate the Steroids Era in the same manner as baseball writers.
