Gearing up for a postseason run, the Toronto Blue Jays on Tuesday activated veteran slugger Anthony Santander, 30, off the 60-day injured list, and designated former All-Star right-hander and 2022 AL Cy Young finalist Alek Manoah, 27, for assignment.
